No-Show Policy
If you are 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule and charged as a no-show.
- First no-show, you will be charged 50% of the appointment scheduled.
- For the second no-show, you will be subject to putting down a non-refundable deposit of 100% of the service and paying 100% of what the service would have been.
- Third, no-show, we can refuse service and deny you as a client.
